How Does it Work?
Visit www.mothermercy.co.uk/shop, choose your box/boxes and place your order.
Orders placed Sunday to Friday will be delivered Friday evening between 2.30pm and 6pm (Cut off 2pm Friday).
Orders placed from 2pm Friday to 2pm Saturday will be delivered Saturday between 2.30pm and 6pm.
When your box arrives, follow the instructions on the card provided to prepare and garnish you drink

Entries must be made with a purchase that week. Your entry will be matched to an order on our system to ensure it is valid. Please keep your email order confirmation safe so we can confirm it is you. We may ask for proof you purchased a box.

Q; I am not currently within one of the eligible postcodes and I really want a box. Is there any other way to get one!?
At present we are only delivering to a select number of postcodes. This is to ensure our service is the best it can be for those that choose to order. If you live outside of one of these postcodes please drop us an email to hello@mothermercy.co.uk and we will try our best to accomodate your order.
Q; I am a vegan/vegetarian (I do not eat animal based products) and some of your boxes contain sweets which may contain gelatain. Can I substitute these for something else if they are not vegan friendly?
Most of the contents of our boxes are vegan friendly, but just to be safe, please let us know any dietary requirements when you come to order and we will update the box to match!
Q; I am allergic to certain food products and would like to make sure I can order a box before placing my order.
No problem! If you have any questions about the ingredients or contents of each box, you can drop us a whatsapp message to +44 (0) 7592 094 930 (for quick answers in 30 minutes) or drop us an email to hello@mothermercy.co.uk.
Please also make sure you tell us as much as you can about your dietary requirements or allergies when you order so we can keep you safe and make any changes to your box we may need to.
Q; How will my delivery arrive and at what time?
Your delivery will be packaged in a sealed cardboard box and will be delivered between the hours of 2.30pm and 6pm Friday or Saturday. If anything goes wrong with your order, please message our whatsapp number (+44 (0) 7592 094 930) straight away and we will get back to you.
Q; I might be out when you try to deliver my box. What happens if I miss you?
As part of your order we ask that you nominate a ‘safe place’ incase you aren’t in (this could be a neighbours house if you wish). If this happens, we will take a picture of your order for our records to ensure we deliver it safely.
Q; How will you adhere to social distancing as part of the delivery process?
We will be operating a ‘distant delivery’ policy for all our deliveries by knocking on your door and leaving the parcel on your doorstep. We will not be asking for signatures to confirm delivery, but we will be operating a challenge 25 policy and may ask to see I.D. before completing delivery.
Our staff will also be cleaning their hands with hand sanitiser regularly to keep you safe!
Alcohol Delivery Policy
All orders must be made by the card holder themselves.
A challenge 25 policy will be operated upon delivery and we may request to see photo I.D.
We cannot add additional items to your delivery without a corresponding order via the website.
No cash or payments will be accepted at the door.
All orders are completed and sealed within the license premises.
Our staff will keep a signed record of all deliveries to comply with our challenge 25 policy. We will ask for the name of the person accepting the delivery but no signature will be required due to current social distancing measures.
