Doughnuts, Coffee & Cocktails, but Reimagined.
From Saturday 4th April, Deep North take over Mother Mercy Heaton with a weekend pop-up serving artisan doughnuts and specialty coffee, running every Saturday and Sunday.
Expect a rotating line-up of specials, including the Mont Blanc iced coffee – cold brew or espresso layered with orange-infused cream, nutmeg and fresh zest, inspired by Melbourne café culture. Deep North are also reworking Mother Mercy’s cocktail flavours into doughnuts, like the Spicy Marg Glazed with tequila, lime and chilli salt.
Alongside this, a rotating soft serve menu features doughnut ice cream sandwiches and indulgent sundaes in flavours like chocolate, espresso and matcha.
