Deep North take over Mother Mercy Heaton with a weekend pop-up serving artisan doughnuts and specialty coffee, running every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am–5pm.

Expect a rotating line-up of creative specials, including the Mont Blanc iced coffee — cold brew or espresso layered with orange-infused cream, nutmeg and fresh zest, inspired by Melbourne’s café scene. Deep North are also putting their spin on Mother Mercy favourites, reimagining cocktail flavours as doughnuts, from Spicy Marg glazes with tequila, lime and chilli salt to other limited-edition creations.

Alongside this, a rotating soft serve menu brings doughnut ice cream sandwiches and indulgent sundaes in flavours like chocolate, espresso and matcha.
